I don’t particularly have a thing for ‘buff’ ladies or bodybuilders, but a strong lady can be very sexy. I think it also says something about her personality.

I find the gym a very distracting place to be sometimes!

I had a Social and later a meet with a Lady much fitter than me. Spurred me on to do more fitness which has helped me.

Like the look and feel too.

Has to come with personality too.

Defo shoulders.

Especially in a low backed dress, or top. Preferably with the nape of the neck all the way up to the hairline exposed to.

So, so makes me want to kiss, amd stroke.

If she has a lovely decolletage too then it's catnip time guaranteed.

I have muscly, broad shoulders and back. Upper arms are usually better defined than right now, but am in post surgery recovery. I am a self propelling wheelchair user, wheelchair basketball player and train with fairly he weights in the gym (usually!). Intended to have a crack at wheelchair track racing soon and I also push 5/10k with a running club. All the wheelchairing gets the shoulders and back well defined
