I don't send pics on demand. I have a variety on my profile that I'm happy to show, but if that's not enough and they keep on, their messages will be deleted.

I get some people like to be (or need to be) discreet, but then they can't expect people to send pics if they aren't willing to send any of themselves in return.

It depends who started the conversation. In our opinion, the person who starts things off is obliged to go first with photos. If it's somebody you started a conversation with, I think they have every right to ask a photo of you. If they started it, they have no business asking you for something they haven't provided themselves.
