Well after a barrage of fuck me, suck me and meet me now messages I'm getting totally fed up of most of the guys on here. Where has the respect gone. I love this lifestyle, the social side as much as the fun side, but it seems we have been invaded by guys looking for a quick fuck. Is it just me or is anyone else feeling the same ? |

The site has become more and more like this in recent years, and lockdown hasn’t helped.
All I’ll say is there are many, many lovely and genuine people on this site and they’re still quite easy to find so don’t lose hope! |

It used to be a swingers site now it’s a sex site . When I first joint many years ago it was mostly only couples and single women . And people met for socials and parties . But then it got popular through articles in newspapers and online. And with that it brought the quick fuck brigade and the undateables. |

I'm kinda new to the site, although I signed up last year, only really using it now.
I know what you mean OP, it's a tad bit thirsty, no manners no respect. For what it's worth there some genuine guys out there to swing. |

We get the same here .
Some of them want to meet for a fuck straight away, no chat,no drinks or social .
First message itself is " Are you free this evening for play ?"
Fuck No . We are not sex machines here.

We're seeing the same problem. Can't even pull them on it because you just get the same reply of "this is a sex site, why be so uptight" because I'm not a darn toy that's why.
We're constantly being told that I need to chill because apparently these guys don't seem to like it when a woman demands basic respect  |

It's not everyone guys and girls  there are still genuine swingers on here, not all male singletons are after the quick fuck and chuck some of us are actually still rather polite and respectful x |

This site has changed totally from when I was first on here 10 odd years ago. It has become a sex site. The same thing happened with adult friend finder. Sadly its what happens when a site suddenly massively accelerates its single men membership. Then there is also lockdown which has taken away the club options and particularly the couples only nights. It was at the old AbFabs that I was told about Fab by a woman I met there. Its the club scene and private parties that drive what swinging is about.
Perhaps we all just need to be a little more patient. |

We have now been on this site for quite a few years and it has now become over run by men pretending to be couples/single females or men maintaining profile where the female no longer plays or has left the relationship. All very sad.  |

What is a genuine swinger?
I haven't noticed any change in the messages over the last 11 years. There have always been some men wanting a suck or fuck now. And some wanting a chat and to know me as a person before anything else.
One type I'm compatible with and one type I'm not. Doesn't mean me-or they- are wrong though. |

I have also been polite.
I do ask about the number of messages and I hear and read here those numbers and have no idea how Ladies can cope with such inboxes. I know this makes my bespoke message difficult to stand out from the noise.
There are gems in the rough to be found Ladies and Couples.
I am based in Germany and the frustrations are everywhere from the Lockdown. The ever so pragmatic Dutch reccomended early on to find one FWB and stick with them for the duration. This I think helps the frustrations.... I hope.
Till I learned about the quantity and types of messages received I used to be annoyed by non reading or replying of messages when I started on FAB years ago. The Social side has been great as I learned a lot from a diverse bunch of people. Open from the start and learning things I would not have done.
Anyway I keep interacting as I would in Real life which has meant improved online skills.

You only have to visit the fab chat rooms to see that this site is overrun with single men's profiles. It used to be that you would get half a dozen men in a
chat room at a time and the rest of the room was made up of couples and one or two genuine single fems. This is no longer the case and 90 percent of the rooms consists of single men. All very sad.This has ruined the chatrooms on fab as it has done on simpler sites such as swinging heaven and SDC. |

I’m just thinking I’ll wait til the clubs open again and go back to basics. Go back to where I started.
Meeting people in the flesh. Chatting. Seeing if we click and then good old fashioned ‘let’s go to a room’.

Seems after swinging for over 30 years we are not real swingers as we like to meet and fuck, we have a busy life and rarely have time just to socialise.
Why do people try to redefine what we are?
If men want to message us to meet and fuck that is fine by us others may not like it, that is their choice, but we as established swinger prefer to know from the start we are going to enjoy sex rather than waste time chatting all night |

And it's pretty easy to spot the fake dreaming pretenders.
Starting points: No photo verification as a couple? No photo verification as a female? On for a year and no meets? Unable to verify on cam?
The issue is not exclusive to couples - my block list runs into the hundreds.

We are not photo verified as a couple, B is not photo verified as a single, and we never cam others. Seems all those we have met have been in a trance during the meets they have had with us and just imagined they were having sex with B.
Perhaps the people who think the men on Fab are too blunt need to look at themselves, rather than complaining about the men on here. We have never had anyone message us being anything but polite. Yes many say they want to meet for sex but there is nothing wrong with that, we want that as well. Every man that we have met has been polite and respectful and a person we would happily meet again. |

But apart from the evil 'single men',
I've seen plenty of status updates, from women and couples stating that they are free now, and asking whose interested.

I wonder if some of the couples and genuine guys are taking a slightly ‘step back ‘ approach at the moment because of how things are.
Therefore there seems a far greater proportion of the types of messages you’re talking about from these guys.
We have chatted and met some very lovely couples and singles guys having said that On this site ,who are genuinely into the lifestyle .
But we agree with your point though |

swinging is not all socials and clubs ?? these forums account for a very very very small part of the site let alone the scene ... alot of swingers play ''on the day'' or unplanned ...swinging is not one way and certainty not run by a forum thats as small as this one ...swinging is a much much bigger fish than that .... |
