Anyone else get stomach pain when squirting ???

Hi girls sue here, I am a squirter and while I'm one of the lucky ones who does find the orgasm extra intense I do suffer with varying degrees of stomach pain a short while after, sometimes quite painfull and can last till morning, I would like to know if anyone else gets or has had this and just wondered if they have any solutions to combat it has it's kinda getting me down ??? |

I find I get stomach cramps after. I think it may be the intensity at which you may tense when you are squirting. At least that's what I have found with me. I found the less I tense I don't get so much in the way of stomach cramps. I wait until I can no longer hold it before I orgasm. That way I tense less.
Hope this may help. (We are all different though) failing that lots of hot water bottles after.  |

Cheers bodycon, that does make a little sense to be fair, I feel that I am holding on to it to keep the orgasm harder but letting go and enjoying more will hopefully solve the cramps, by the way hun, your well cute and would to have a squirting session with you xxx |

bit harsh on the young blokes...very good question as alot of people dont really know why women squirt, and presume it is women just peeing them selves, as i did till a few years ago,until iexperienced it myself |

Take two neurofen express about half an hour before your play begins, this helps, if you get cramps later, take another two and it sorts it out |

Mayb stretch.. Or some gentle exercise just so ur muscle dont have a shock u know like liftin somthing heavy then u feel it after but if u wer to strech an exercise u wudnt feel it hope i help x  |

I'm guessing that the solution is to just get more squirting in and get the muscles working more lol, but seriously thanks for the feedback as its made me feel happier that it's something that does happen and can be dealt with, will let you know if the tips help real soon x S |
