I've been in some abf/ANR relationships though have yet to help induce.
Regular suckling and supplements seem to be the cornerstones of induction though. So a good pump or willing mouths are a great start  |

This is a topic very close to my heart; hence the profile name!
Things I found that helped;
Massage followed by warm/hot towels directly to the breast.
Marmet technique i.e. hand expressing
I find lactation far too intimate to ever attempt with a stranger but suckling as often as possible definitely helps; a LOT.
I didn't take any herbs etc but there is something called 'more milk tea' which I drank as fenugreek by itself has some dire health implications and apparently leaves you smelling like maples!

Fenugreek does help but the amount you have to take leaves you smelling like curry. There are other foods out there that can help (Google galactagogue foods). I made flapjacks with oats, nuts and seeds and brewers yeast in them.
There is a medication you can take to induce lactation. It's not licensed for this but it does work.
Pumping regularly for at least 20 mins a session (6-8 times a day, but at least 2/3 times between midnight and 6am) is the best thing. Preferably with a double pump that simulates a baby suckling - quick, shallow suction to start with moving on to longer, deeper sucks).

I am trying to induce lactation, I have been taking fenugreek and milk thistle for a few weeks and bought a hospital grade pump to help but I'm not sure how often to do it? It's quite hard with work and commitments to do it every coioe of hours, so I'm wondering if it will work if I can't do it as often as that. What do you think? |

Unlikely really. I brought mine back via pumping every 2-3hrs, including overnight and that was only after 2wks "dry" (long story). If you've ever given birth before, it's more likely to happen but very hard to do even within weeks of having a baby and only if done every few hours.
(Disclaimer: My induction of lactation was for baby feeding purposes before anyone wants to send messages and I do NOT lactate anymore. Lurkers - please don't message about it, ta). |

Hand expressing can be better than pumping also. It’s very much person depending. Suckling obviously would be most ideal.
Brewers yeast
Steel cut oatmeal
Drink plenty of water
Google some lactation cookie recipes.
This is all I can remember from my breast feeding group. I’ll try and see if I am still in any add anything else I may be able to find.

I had a couple of lady friends who liked to lactate and have their nipples pleasured and suckled.

I had a friend who liked to hand express me before latching on. I haven't tried the goat milking machines but do use a pump. You can't beat a good suckler though |

I saw a woman a few years back, she was still breastfeeding her young son, although he was about 5/6/7 I'm not sure. Anyway she called herself "Milkmaid" it all started because she produced too much milk and had to express, hubby said he would help znd the rest is history. It was extremely erotic I must say, I only met out of curiosity. Tasted lovely, nice and sweet.
However,and she knew a lot about this, out mouths are not like an infant so although I lay in a similar position, she used her hands almost pushing out the milk into my mouth. She prayed it everywhere on me and sucked it off which was very exotic too.

Someone with proper technique should be able to enjoy your milky tits without causing any pain or discomfort. Shouldn't require too much pressure or anything. There is a knack to it but in my ABF experience the technique is somewhat automatic after a while. |

I've been attempting to induce since last year. I take liquid gold, goats rue and moringa. I pump a couple of times daily and will be starting domperidone once I meet someone who can help suckle regularly. I get drops after pumping currently. |
