No judgement here but do you not worry about your sexual health? Or do you put precautions in place to ensure youre always ok to play bare? Regular testing, only playing with limited ppl etc. Genuinely curious here |

Up to date vaccinations, prep, and pill. Monthly tests. Try to choose good characters...
If I'm being totally honest I'm still a tad concerned about HIV, I know it's a bit risky still, I'm not oblivious. Joking aside I don't usually do anal, and not BB anal. The infection rates from vaginal are massively lower than anal, especially with prep.
I've never had an sti or gotten pregnant yet despite going bare with almost every partner, luck as well as the precautions above I guess. I know I might wind up with a minor sti at some point, but with regular testing and antibiotics they won't do any real damage. I track my partners too, and I'm always honest with them about going BB. I might get pregnant but I can accept that risk.
Hope this satisfies curiosities.

Too support Jessica and without prejudice, the actual infection rates are quite low. Even lower among those who who are actively involved in the scene and taking precautions.
That's not to say there is no risk, just that it's lower than if you picked a random up off of the street or even entered into a long term relationship with someone who was less than honest about their past.
I haven't met many people on here - a handful really - and I have played without with a couple if those that I trusted and been tested afterwards before meeting anyone else.
It's akin to the whole COVID pandemic to be honest, insomuch as it reminds me of the AIDS epidemic in which we were led to believe that any unprotected sex was a death sentence, when in reality that's just not the truth. |
