I've been here a while and had a few meets but I find I'm getting less replies and more deletes. I understand you ladies get a lot of mail but for the 20 messages for example I send, I get one reply. It's frustrating and leaves me in a position whereby I'm not getting anywhere. I understand things on my profile put people off but I would've thought given the amount of women who ate 'sneaky' shall we say, that I would have a modicum more success |

That sounds like you are making the excuses for yourself.
We all have things in our profiles that put people off.
None of us appeal to everyone !
Return on messages depend on three main things :
a) the person sending the message and how he / she portrays themselves (in their profile)
b) the content of the message
c) the person receiving the message
If you get those things right, you should get more back, but never expect a return on every message (or indeed most of them).
The first two you have control of, the last you don't and that is the biggest variable in all this - 1 message could appeal to one person, yet repel another.
And as a poster said above, lose the number (and the phrase that follows it) as it does smack of desperation. |

sending a message to someone doesn't lock them into a contract of being obligated to play with you or even acknowledge your message with a reply.
this isn't intended to be rude!
but instead of whingeing about your lack of success here (which isn't an appealing quality) accept this site has it's limitations and try other avenues! |
