To be fair, there is a bit of a difference in sitting in a window naked, several floors up where innocent passer by would really struggle to see you and flashing behind a tree where children could just unexpectedly come face to face with a naked stranger!
Harlow Carr is pretty much a playground where kids are often let off to run free and roam, hopefully in safe environment! |
