You are going to get lots of mixed answers on this one.
Lots will tell you that size doesn't matter as long as you are a skilled lover in other ways, and others will say that size is everything.
What I will say though it, there is absolutely nothing you can do about your size anyway, so no point in stressing over it.
Also, I don't know any women who does complain regardless of how small the cock is, or how shit the sex is.
