Women wearing ff seamed stockings, nice heels is a picture to behold and such a classy look. Modern fashion at times just doesn't match up.
Various suspender belts as well finish of the classic look. |

I totally agree, although I’m not a fan of some of the crazy multi-suspender belts. I prefer something simple. |

There’s a brown black and a sort of dark grey colour a gorgeous lady used to wear for me - it used to make me weak kneed every time
But tanned or dark skin and white stockings Is sensational
They have to finish high up the leg for me too
Then there’s the question of band top or lace top?
Then again I may be a connoisseur..

I've always found my favourite types and colours of stockings to have changed through the years and even week to week. You can also add in style and denier to the list of preferences, lacy or plain or patterned, style of top, hold-ups or stockings, sheer, semi-opaque or opaque? For a while I adored the diamond pattern opaque hold-ups that were popular a few years back, at the moment I'm into nude or sheer tan hold-ups with a lacy top (secretarial) or white opaque stockings (bridal), with shoes to complement them of course! |
