The wife is really into a single guy who recently moved in and lives across the road from us, this joiner is a really nice bloke and we both know him a little, he seems a little flirtatious with the wife, any ideas how we can dig or approach the swinging side of things, or is it best left alone.........

I would never risk asking a neighbour even if they were the hottest thing on legs. You live there, you don't know how discreet he'll be, how many of the other neighbours he'll tell, don't know if you've got kids, but I wouldn't do it.
