I personally think it’s too soon. However, going by the local updates people are meeting and not just social distancing meets. I saw a picture that had been uploaded of a single males verifications which clearly showed he had met many for sex meets throughout. Said profile also stated it (Covid) was load of rubbish.

They could have a breakthrough tomorrow with an existing drug that happens to cure it. Nobody knows what is going to happen. It will eventually pass but until it does I will maintain social distance as best I can

If you can meet with one person within the rules, then go for it.

I would go for a social right now but nothing more. However, if I got to know the person more and trusted that they weren't messing about, meeting loads of random people, not sticking to social distancing while out and about and just generally playing it fast and loose I wouldn't rule out a physical meet. We are allowed to extend our social bubble to one person anyway.

I don't think it's realistic to expect single people to forgo intimacy for much longer. However in no way do I condone meeting people on a whim without getting an idea of how they have been behaving during lockdown.

We may have to approach this in the same way we approach STDs. Get tested regularly and get to know somebody first to see if they are trustworthy.

Very frustrating, but how can you know if you have the virus... I couldn't forgive myself if i made my friends /family ill because i had sex.... As much as i crave that human touch, I'll be waiting

Offered party invites (gangbangs), numerous meets a day, local hookups, a mmf threesome just. Pointless reporting, loads at it but we won't be taking part. Crazy in our book.

Oh! Yes! Too soon.

I’ve been lucky in some ways as had to work through it so haven’t been completely socially isolated as many have but I miss the social side of swinger and meeting and the clubs. Despite it driving me crazy I think it’s still to soon and not sensible to take the risk for yourself or others then again all the guideline s contridict and make no sense I don’t think anyone knows what’s best to do or what will happen so I guess it’s up to you to make your discision just consider not just your own needs when you make it x

However a quick glance at local updates and it's full of people arranging to meet..

For us no way...

Way too soon ...

Are people that desperate for sex ..

Pubs are only allowed open because the economy can’t support them anymore..

If you can’t go without meeting people for sex you should seek medical advice..

If meet-ups with a regular friend then I would, award there is a risk, but isn’t there a risk every time we go the the supermarket or work?

That’ll get me on the avoid list

One option is to travel abroad where the rules are less strict, or wait until the tests become more easily available. Maybe even have a green light feature on everyone's profile which indicates who is clear and when they were tested clear. That certainly would give people peace of mind.

Yeah. There's a risk every time you interact with anyone. Including low risk necessary trustworthy behaviour.

This idea that meeting people you trust is more responsible is nonsense. If you can bubble, fine, otherwise, not fine.

Many people on here ignoring social distancing rules. I've had more offers during this period than normal!

I have to be careful so I won't be meeting soon. Definitely not as cases are rising again.
