I’m happy to do this for a guy - but I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve had to stop and wash my hands because it never occurred to them to make sure they’re clean up there!  I don’t freak out about it - but it’s not fun if it gets in your nails!
Conversely it’s the reason I get my own bum lubed for anal sex - so if I find anything up there I can go deal with it!
