does age matter tht much???

I try not to go under 20 as I find that younger people can seem a bit off putting, the same applies to women who are 60 plus, that's too close to the age of my mother!
I guess my age range covers mid 20's to 50(ish);-)
My first swinging experience at 25 was with a older woman in her 40s which really opened my eyes to the older ladies. They know what they want and seem to be the most fun.  |

At 35 I'm not too old for many although there are a few who draw the line at 30 odd.
There's probably more who I'm too young for tbh, which I can understand. Any kind of body tone will be _iewed as child-like by some as the Tom Jones, Tom Selleck or Des O'Conner look will be more what they go for.
And more to the point, before most commit to sex they need mentally stimulating, and sadly that's hard to do with someone twenty five years younger! |

I think it all comes down to attraction - if you are attracted to someone - why should age be an issue (of course they have to be over the age of consent and also be in control of their faculties).
But I recognise that some people have hangups about age when it nears that of close family members. I just don't share that. |

I dont have a maximum as such, was just wanging out random numbers. Was seeing someone at 58 not long ago who had a better body and fresher outlook on life than some in their twenties that ive met, she was seriously hot  |

I don't get this, why would you feel angry at other people's choices? We're ALL excluded from something or another.
I have my filters set at 45 and I think that's low as I prefer my own age group. There are some amazing looking younger guys on this site with a mature attitude...but I'm not interested in them. There are also some amazing women in looks and attitude I admire and I'm straight.
There are people with black friends and family members but don't find them sexually attractive...we're all different and here for our own pleasures.
Some people however seem to think only they have choices.
Op...there are lots of women that prefer younger men. If you fancy someone but you are not in their age bracket search for those interested in you. Even within that group you're not going to appeal to everyone, so you'll have to think up something else for your next thread! |

I have women say early 40s coming onto me n I think she's not my type or she's looks too old for me.
Then I hear from someone 50/60s n think she looks fit........... All I'm saying is I don't see a prob we a number some ppl look good for their age n some look bad for it.........if this makes. sense?? |

Age is a consideration, I don't want to feel like a perv or cradlesnatcher! However a lot of young guys make the mistake of coming into a chatroom, trawling through the women asking each in turn if she 'goes for younger guys?'. Its not a flattering approach!
Like other demographics younguns need to have that extra something to sell themselves..a mature conversation, decent profile, and positive outlook.
Unfortunately for you your predecessors have spoiled it somewhat by messing ladies about and just collecting notches on the bedpost, or being crap or selfish shags!...

the majority of us have age limits both upper and lower, we all are different that's what makes the world a fun place to live, just because it is a swingers site doesn't mean we all jump in to bed together, most people want to be attracted to the other/s not just a shag, unfortunately there are plenty that appear desperate and would meet anybody. |

I agree there most definitely as I do get fed up with both messages and comments that imply just because we are swingers mean we should shag anything that comes our way and I wish I could put that stupid "age is just a number" comment on a desert island and nuke it |

I don't find either 20 or 50 year olds unnattractive per se either, it depends on the person and a 50 year old woman has different attributes that I find appealing to those I find attractive in a 20 year old. Perhaps it is a generational thing, as I don't have children and my parents have entered their late sixties?
But I can understand totally people who do have narrower preferences due to their own families. A woman who has a son who is an athlete for example can sometimes therefore associate a toned, lean or muscular body as signs of a man's immaturity and I have to respect that. |

We've played with others 5 years oder and 20 years younger than us. In his last marriage he had a mistress/fuck buddy 28 years younger, younger than his daughter. As long as all involved are happy, enjoying themselves and it's legal, age doesn't matter.

I'm friends with a couple in their fifties and they only want people 40 and above. I asked them why and they said they thought anyone younger would not be attracted to them. Also that they thought younger people would be expecting supermodel looks/physique etc. They were surprised when I messaged them!
If there is a big age gap, socially you will be TOTALLY different and it can be hard to strike up conversation |

i dont think about it when im shagging, i think about it while they mail me so i wouldnt get as far as shagging lol
I couldnt meet a guy that was young enough to be my child it would just makes me feel like a sad old women desperately trying to cling onto my younth and prove to myself i still have it by having a young lad hanging off me |

I don't have kids and do not have that kind of issue!

we don't have real any hangups about age, but only tend to message people in our own age group. If a younger couple writes to us, then yes, we'll see how it goes, and we've had some really nice times with younger people |
