Depends how you measure it.
For M - Started out being introduced to kink clubs at around 19. Friends of his GF had formed a throuple around the BDSM scene and his first experience of any sort of sex club was Spank'd near Runcorn. Long since closed down sadly. Then a fairly long gap with vanilla partners. First non-kink swinging club would have been around age 28.
For F - Introduced by M to the scene at around 33. |

Me and my ex wife married for 20 years started in are early 30s after she had sex with a old school friend it nearly split us up but after lots of talking we knew we loved each other so much but the animal instinct to have sex with others was strong in both of us so then we started swinging not only did i get to experience other women but my favourite part was reclaiming her aswell ?? |

Around my mid 20s but that was in 1964 when there was no mobile phones, no internet, no social media of any kind, was not called swinging in those days just referred to as partner swapping and centered around peoples private houses.
When people mention the swinging 60s they are referring to the musical style at the time, |

Early 20s and my late hubby and I met as swingers and enjoyed lifestyle throughout our married life, we only ever met others together so I wouldn't class it as adulterous, we always knew what we were doing. Now I swing in my own never with married men without wife's being present |

I was minding my own business having a dance with my mate, when i guy tapped me on the shoulder and said" this may sound strange mate but my wife really likes you we wondered if you fancied coming back to our apartment for a 3 some...i was a bit freaked out at first but the lady was hot so thought fuck it....went back and the rest is history...  |

23 years ago for both of us (together) so 22 me, 24 wife.
Wife had a thing about me bedding another woman and being with another woman herself. Sent me off to see her friend then a few months later had her first bi experience / couples meet.
Dabbled a few more times over the next couple of years but took a huge break from the scene due to work hours and not always having access to a sitter.
Returned to the scene about 7 years ago as it's something we always wanted to get back to doing.

About 26/27..ex wife had gone off sex to the extent she had joined a religious sect to "find herself"...think she is still looking lol.
But back to me about 6months later saw advert for Xanadu club in Manchester, sadly now closed, became an infrequent visitor but did have some good experiences. Found out about here from a couple there and the rest is history...had a few meets from here and looking for more if we can ever meet again closer the 2m apart LOL |
