Must admit we had a bad start to lockdown but bought sine kit and now back at the gym. MR - Mostly weights and trail running, Mrs just cross trainer and light weights. Would be good to find people interested in occasional trail runs in Derby’s/Yorks peaks , tend to aim for sunrise on Sunday’s run for 2-6 hours, slowly over rocks and walk the really steep bits! |
