If everything is in proportion then the answer is that in general they probably do have a bigger penis just like every other body part they have that goes towards making a larger person.
The difference though won't be that much and they will also be subject to the variety of sizes so a 6'7" man can have a small penis, average penis or large penis like everone else just that the average size of a tall man may be say 0.2" more than a short man |

No correlation whatsoever. One of the biggest penis's we have ever met was at a party, attached to a small guy. It would seem that your endowment is linked to something else in your genetic make up other than height. |

Absolutely not, seems penis size is so random as height gives no clues, in fact i cant think of any correlation between penis size and other parts of the body. I seem to have struck the balance of pretty avg size everything lol |
