Can anyone recommend a quiet nudist beach on the south coast , one that won’t get over run by idiots if the weather gets hot .
Ideally the Poole area.

Definitely Studland Beach.
It can get really busy when it's hot but it's a big beach so people can spread out easily.
The nudist part can be very private in amongst the dunes even on a busy day so you should be fine especially during the week.
