Was talking about this with a lovely lady here before lockdown...
‘Accidental’ (pre-planned) bumping into her at a coffee shop/pub/public place and surreptitiously watching her subtly show off her delightful assets... while my appreciation becomes evident!
Now lockdown is easing is this an activity that is socially distantly acceptable?  |

I think the wind may have started my penchant for this many years ago...
I remember being a student sat waiting at a bus stop and an attractive curvy lady walked past with a pushchair... a gust of wind caught her short flowy skirt (it was the late 80s!)... pushing the baby she couldn’t get her hand back quick enough to stop it happening and I got a great view of her rear in sheer knickers!

Naz does it every now and again for a guy who can see into our bedroom from across the road,she will accidentally walk into his line of view with a gap in the curtains positioned perfectly as she moisturises her naked body after a shower ,I then go outside for a smoke pretending
to be reading something on my phone but I am just making sure he looking |

I don't often "flash" as I wear trousers and leggins more often than not, but every now and again I wear skirts...
recently got told by a neighbour that I was seen getting in the car on a windy day and my stocking tops and lace panties looked nice hahaha  |

I don't often "flash" as I wear trousers and leggins more often than not, but every now and again I wear skirts...
