Did anyone else find this a powerful drama and a little unnerving. I always wonder if this was based on reallife events.

I doubt it’s based on real events when you factor in the full story. But the first half certainly reminds me of a guy who pestered me for quite a while, when I was younger and out on the scene a lot more.

I watched this series beginning of LockDown and loved it. Jimmy McGovern is an amazing writer. The Lakes is also amazing!

I remember watching it years ago as well but couldn't remember what it was called etc. It's on Amazon Prime still.
