Saunas are like any establishment some will allow sexual engaging, once covid is sorted, and some don't. If they do allow it then it's like any club experience you can engage in whatever activity you feel comfortable with. Don't assume everyone is there for your pleasure though. As has been said plenty of lube, breath out with slow insertion and a considerate top is handy.

They won’t be open for ages. But also, (and I admit this may come off a little harshly) they can often be very sleazy places with lots of unsafe sex. I’d advise against going to one for that reason.
