One was where she was a bit energetic being on top.

The other the middle of the bed collapsed.

I repaired both beds again and they never broke again.

My own bed is changed and strengthened up so it dosnt break in the heat of passion or naughtyness

Here, there and everywhere!

There was one particular time I was on holiday and was banging away when the leg on the bed broke, I tipped up off the guy and banged my head on the wall.

Had a massive black eye as a result for the rest of the holiday.

Didn't stop me getting laid a couple more times that week but had to take precautions not to break the replacement!

Depends how you define 'broken'. If you mean broken to the extent that the bed needs replaced, then just one so far. If you mean minor, easily repairable, damage then a few.
