we have just been branded racists due to the fact we are not attracted to anyone with skin colour
but been as we are swingers suppose we should sleep with anyone?
makes us laugh really how ppl can be thinking that just because we don’t want to meet or have sexual relations with anyone apart from Caucasian people that we are obviously racist |

its just another choose not to isnt it,like ppl choose not to have sex with smokers,or large ppl.the list goes on.

I got something similiar last week, its so not true or fair but I just blocked them,
you know what you like and play with whom you want, swingers and easy have seperate definitions in my eyes :D |

I find swinging very easy to be fair, everyone is after different things sure, but if people respect preferences then its a liberating pleasurable pursuit. And if people don't then ignore, delete and block works wonders.
I'm probably guilty in th eyes of some as being a sexist pig as I won't fuck other men, but hey ho...  |

Skin colour hadn't even come into either of the messages and I dont have a preference either way

I'm absolutely sure that there are kids who use this site for their own fun and games. Just like kids who plague dogging car parks to make lives hell for people into dogging. There's nothing to stop anyone from opening a profile and use it for any pratting around purpose that they like.
I've heard it said that some kids play games to see whose "profile" gets the most messages in a night (you know, the new young female, "up for anything" kind of profile) I'm also sure that some will start a "black" profile just to cause upset to people who say no to them by sending the sort of non-sensical messages that you mention here. Block 'em, report 'em and don't lose any sleep about it, is my advice. |

unfortunately I personally think u've phrased this the wrong way.Most people will respect choices of play...no problems. However when ur saying in a fashion u only want to meet Caucasians even if isnt outwith the sexual needs...

And as profiles go, NOTHING EVER NEEDS TO BE STRUNG OUT IN HUGE CAPITALS IT ONLY SERVES TO THE EYE A SENSE OF LOUD ANGER, much easier just to type it as normal.

I still think its easy IMO. If anyone replied in a message to me with such a bumper load of horseshit then I'd immediately dismiss their comments as the witterings of a buffoon and delete, block, forget.
I agree with you on the perving score wholeheartedly though...with the delightful pics and prose some put into their profiles its incredibly easy to have a nice arousing read and _iew.... |

Did you miss the bit about not wanting black or Asians sexually? We did not say anything about been round black or asians we have friends of both races we are just not attracted to them sexually
And as for the capitals its like that for a reason so ppl don't message us who we are not looking for as we find it works for us and in the end its our profile
We can do what we like with it and as for the way its said apart from the capitals there is no way of what we say on there going against what we have said on here

I do think that some statements on profiles are like red rags to a bull,Im not saying thats right but that seems to be the case after reading the threads on here
Do you think if you stated what you do prefer rather than what you don't you may not have been called racist?
Do you think it really neccessary to say in capitals that you don't want to play with black and asian people? its you that has brought the race issue into your profile
If you just said you were looking for white guys you would be saying exactly the same thing but it may come across better |

To be fair, the fact that you have it in capitals is a bit like shouting. There will be other types of people that you don't want to meet, say anyone over 80 or with nasty BO. But you don't specify that in capitals either. I'm not trying to be bitchy, just making a comment on how it looks to me. |

Every body has their preference and that could be based on age, size colour sexuality etc. It doesn't mean that somebody is ageist, racist, sexist or anything else. How many adds have I seen where it says black men only.... If that is someones preference then good luck to them. There are plenty out there to satisfy their needs and I don't waste either of our time in getting in contact.
Some people for what ever reason have a chip on their shoulder and I am not just talking about race either. It could be size it could be gender it could be a lot of things. When they don't get there way or feel slighted they throw their toys out of the pram. Ignore them, block them, report them and then move on. After all it is they who have the problem. No point in spoiling your day by making it yours  . Might help to change from upper case but other then that nothing wrong as far as I can tell
One of the good things here is that you can get it off your chest, feel better and carry on in the knowledge you have done nothing wrong.

That's fine but we have tried it both way and in the end this works for us yes we made it clear on our profile but if it was not there then we would have to tell people who message us as we always reply to any messages and like to give a reason we don't want to meet if asked its the way we have been since day one we know other ppl do it differently buy hay we are all different in how we go about this site and swinging in general |

Some people take things far to much to heart. I am fairly new to swinging but one thing I've learnt is to develop a thick skin. Single guys like me are constantly get ignored and rejected. WAIT A MINUTE.........

The wording is a little aggressive "don't do it for us" is unnecessary. People need to understand that race issues are sensitive and need to be approached with caution. We don't particularly like Asians but you won't see that anywhere in our profile. Still each to their own so whatever really... |

actually this is quite ironic... especially with another thread today commenting on the use of the phrase "black men only" and commenting would people say to say if it was black women...
maybe you two should have a conversation.....
See... what I don't get is why would put in CAPITALS WHAT YOU DON'T WANT as oppose to actually selling yourself and saying to people what you do actually want....
sort of perverse in a way.... you wouldn't get a dept store for example saying "NO COATS IN STOCK!!!! oh by the way we have other stuff...."
do I think it is agressive... sure... but heck I am not the target audience....

My personal rule of thumb? Anyone that says, writes "I'm not racist but..."...is a racist!
Most people on here have at least a rudimentary vocabulary and can express themselves in a way as not to offend...if they so wish. They choose not to as is their right, but I'd wager it alienates many of their target market.
It's not just race. I've seen "no oompa loopas" when "we prefer people our own size" would convey the same thing. "No short arses" instead of "we prefer tall playmates"...the list could go on.
We all have preferences, it doesn't necessarily mean any "ism" is attached. I have preferences on mine. One of my closest friends is married, I've mentioned him on the forums before, we meet every six weeks or so to go for dinner and take in a west end show...but I'd never play with a married man. I don't meet black men, I'm black and the two most influential men in my life were my father and ex-husband. My ex-husband to this day the only man I trust.
But hey, our profiles reflect us and in the final analysis what we want are birds of a feather...so if it works for you... |

I agree with Fabio In fact having the phrase on your profile may actually make it worse! But as you say, your profile, so up to you how you pick your shags. I just think its easier to have a friendly profile and delete the guys you don't want to meet than make sure everyone knows your thoughts on non-whites. |

why do you feel the need to justify your choice, just say you don't meet certain groups or mention the groups you do.
I would never in a million years ask someone to justify to me why they don't meet bi guys, nor would I ever justify my preferences.

we tried a nice nice profile with non of that and it got past a joke plus we where been sent nasty messages when we declined ppl

One thing I ave come to learn is that you cant please all the people all the time. We could spend the rest of our lives tweaking our profiles in order to ensure it PC and that it pleases everyone.
The amount of profile's I have seen that have said 'no white guys', 'no body with less then 8"', 'no body over the age of 45'. Is it offensive? Not to me. It tells me straight away I am not what they are looking for so I move on and don't waste either of ours time. Ok not everybody is going to word things perfectly. Not everybody are linguistic experts. I consider my self pretty open minded and am very easy going but if there is one thing I can be intolerant about and that is intolerance and general over reacting to things. The only issue I could see in the posters profile was that they highlighted it in caps which has now been taken on board and changed.
Now if any body is based in London and fancy's meeting up for inteligent conversation? (and more if the mood takes us)........
