I read many years ago two pieces advice;
1. a guy to make sure he emptied his bladder before sex- will help prolong ejaculaion
2. leaving your bladder full will enhance your errection
Now to be honest the latter i tried a few times and it doe have some effect- so wider survey needed lol

have you started a new couse of tablets that may actaully effect it as well not normally thought about tbh but it is there as said above relax just dont try hard enjoy it you can always just use different things like toys or even tongue or fingers till you calm down again |

Had this problem when first discovering the joys of sex, but fortunately was able to get hard and go back in very soon after cumming. A bit later on, realized if I didn't pull out after I'd cum but kept going instead, I'd keep hard. Still works for me today, give it a try!
There are other alternatives - you can train yourself to 'dry cum' and have a mini-orgasm which will delay your shooting your load until you (and the woman) want. Another way I use is to stop thrusting when I feel cummy, stay inside the female and have a long kissing session before starting again.
