About 10 years ago I did 24/7 chastity. Out of the year I probably spent 350 odd days locked up so have done it before and have never had an issue with cleaning before. (You can still get your entire cock out of the cage when locked).

Completely agree. I am just yet to find a cage that prevents me getting it out. From research I have done I understand the only way to stop it is a prince albert piercing. I've heard about some devices (the neo) that in theory you cant get out of but you can.
