You're right it's not an offence to be naked at home or in public, but the moment you involve any m_mber of the public who then takes offence it is then illegal and you are committing a sexual offence, does not matter if you're male or female, you would still be commiting a criminal act and punishable under law. | |||

This is interesting as I heard recently about the risk of being prosecuted for sunbathing naked in your own gardening people tale offence. Our garden backs onto fields which is private land and a few years ago I took down the fence and replaced with a single wooden beam so we get the sunsets. We never see anyone out there and like to sunbathe naked and sometimes fuck in the garden or in the field. During lockdown we noticed get the occasional walker, dog walker walk by probably not realising they are on private land as several footpaths are close by. If they saw us and were offended are we in the wrong ? Or as it’s private land maybe I should prosecute and put them on the sex offenders list for being a pervert ? | |||
