Hey guys, not sure if it’s already been spoke about but was curious to know what people got up too on their birthdays in lockdown, especially the ones who are alone. Must of been very difficult! Mines coming up and just wanted a few ideas of what I can amuse myself with! (Without stating the obvious) Especially if lockdown doesn’t ease. Thanks guys |

It’s such a shame isn’t it. Do you plan to dress up for it or just casual lounge wear and chill out? Caught in between two minds whether to make an effort or not |

It's my 30th on the 1st and I'm so gutted I can't do much. However, I'll definitely be dressing up and making an effort. Although it may not quite be as planned - It's still a birthday after all. Xx |

My 30th is on the 28th July, and I've got a couple of friends who've celebrate 40th and 30th birthdays in lockdown. Absolutely sucks to be honest, but hopefully we can all make up for it when things are a bit more normal. |

Such a shame all these birthdays haven’t been what we would of liked! Perhaps we should find a way of celebrating them extra special next year, or is that too long to wait? lol |

I got up at 6 to take the dogs out.
I went to work. Did a 12 hour shift with no one knowing what the day was.
I went home and took the dogs out.
Opened a bottle of wine and ate a microwave dinner.
It went past like any normal day.

"Oww really? that makes me sad! Would love to give you a big cuddle! "
That's life at this age. One kid in uni that forgot cos no one reminded him (my son is a cliché). The other messaged but is shielding away from me for their own health while I work with covid clients
I'll celebrate later in the year |

House pub crawl......
A different drink in each room combined with a video chat with a different friend - said friend must be in their equivalent room
A friend of mine did it, he was having a right laugh |

I was on my own for mine which was at the beginning of April,on a week day so I was working at home. To be honest now I'm the wrong side of the big six zero I tend to try & forget birthdays. Would have been nice to have seen the family though. |
