Whenever we have approached any Fabber we like, we hardly ever say anything sexual beyond maybe little flirty comments. We introduce ourselves and try to have a normal chat about life and things we're interested in. We see if there is a any rapport there. We have made some good friends that way, potential playmates both couples and singles.
It seems to me that some people who find it difficult to meet people (e.g. single men or couples looking for single women) could benefit from this approach.
Clearly some people want to get down to business and others like to spend time building connections.
How do you like to be approached? Do you prefer somebody to come straight out with "We're looking for..." or do prefer a more casual conversation you might have with somebody you meet outside Swingerland? Or maybe something in between?
And what somebody who has a fantasy that they know you like the sound of from forum comments you have made? Does that make any difference? |

As a single guy here who is somewhat lost in the tide of men, I take any kind of approach thrown at me then iron out any possible kinks as chat develops.... When I approach others I'm generally like you, simple general chat before approaching matters of sex and meeting logistics. I'll only break that rule if their profile/interests means I need to clarify what I'm offering them. |

I completely respect that some are just after last minute sex. But--I like to be approached in a very nonsexual way.
Friendly, funny, and showing some personality is the way to go for me.
When I meet someone who isn't my type but might be for someone I know, I always point them in the right direction, if I can. To me, swinging is about making connections. This, I think, is the point of swinging--make everyone happy!
