Why do so many women on this site make a single profile and then half way down their profile announce that they have a partner and won't meet without them? Make a freaking couple profile then and stop wasting peoples time when they aren't looking to meet a couple. |

We suspect it's the male half of the cpl who has created "another" single for his partner in the hope of finding a single woman for them "both" to pay with as they have had no luck finding a single woman as a cpl !

because A there is no rules against it and B some women wouldnt feel safe meeting with out there partners there and this also proves that they arnt playing behind there partners backs not like some single guys AND single women do

He didnt mention it.
It was only after he had gone, i looked at the pic i had taken, and showed it to my hubby.
then looked at his profile again.
my hubby agreed with me, it wasnt the same as in his picture on his profile. |

I meet as a single but do meet for the first time with my husband who is usually a better judge of character than me and i feel safer with him sat beside in a pub waiting for someone to show up as if they dont show im not sat there like a lemon on my own.
If i get along with the person and we both feel safe with them i go on to meet them on my own xx |

I've got a 'single woman' profile (Zoe), haven't used it for ages - created it for when I fancy a single guy - very honest on it as says that I am part of a couple - as my criteria are different from what we're looking for as a couple it made sense to have a separate profile. Z |

then your profile clearly is not one of which we are discussing or mentioning, its simple really, single bi fem who only plays "with her partner" is deemed as a couple and should therefore have a couples profile, single bi fem profiles who are married but dont include the partner in the playing by association are not playing "as a couple" there fore may have the single profile.

Well, I am a genuine single female, I have my own safeguards on who I meet and when, and I only meet them when I am comfortable, if a single guy cannot understand that then it's goodbye from me.
For the single guys who can only meet 'single women with their partners' I do feel sorry for them, sometimes it can be daunting enough without having a third party hanging around, so I don't 'really' get the comment from so called singles wanting to have their parnters with them for safety reasons. If I have my own safety barriers in check, surely others can?

in a nut shell, we all had a bit of a chuckle a few weeks ago when a bloke started a thread stating that his partner (off the couples profile) had cheated on him and left him.
the admin reply was
"we have changed your profile to single male"

Common sense really. Some men and some women have been able to overcome their natural urges or adapt them to have more fun, which is why you get a minority of women who swing, or a minority of men who look specifically for marriage at the age of 16/17.
But in the main its in the male instinct to seek rampant sex with as many partners as possible. Its in the female instinct to form a monogamous relationship with one partner and produce a family.
Therefore women who break that mold are in high demand and can get away with murder, though the quality of sex partners they get and whether those partners will be repeat visitors can sometimes be affected. In the same way that a guy can go through life being a complete idiot, be cursed with being ugly as sin or merely be an utter bastard to all concerned, he'll still get women falling over themselves to marry him, because thats the ultimate prize that the majority of women want, so he's in demand for it...though like the female swinger example, he would probably end up with better potential wives if he stopped being a tosser... |

Absolutely agree. If you are not comfortable meeting someone on your own if you have advertised as a single woman, then don't. Just meet as a couple, simples!! Sometimes I think people just complicate simple things.. |

I always make it perfectly clear that the first meet is with my husband present as before i have had 2 guys show up and be total idiots 1 of them even brought a couple of mates along thinking they were going to form a chain with me going from one to the other and since that meet we both agreed that it would be better for my husband to make sure it would never happen again.
If the people im due to be meeting dont like the idea of my husband being close at hand then they can make their own choice if they want to go through with meeting me, apart from my husband i dont have someone else who i can tell im meeting with someone and thereby having an additional safety barrier but still enjoy meeting people for fun.
And thats just my opinion |

I know, this irks me too, I report the profile as there is an option about a single profile when a couple etc. Dunno if anything is done about it but hey ho. |
