what do you find satisfies you yet doesnt bloat you out or cause embarassing situations when you get down to fun?

I don't eat on the day of a meet, I have a digestive and bowel problem which causes bloating and gives me an extremely noisy stomach and wind but after the meet I pig out lol

never thought about it, id just eat the same as i would if i wasnt meeting, i do tend to eat earier tho if im meeting so im not going out on a full stomach

I don't think too deeply about it and eat what I normally would.

I don't eat much in the way of spicy foods anyway. I cannot stand garlic, it makes me heave. So if a guy has been eating garlic beforehand I would not be able to play with him. So many people eat it and don't realise how vile it smells on their breath

I eat something light, ie bowl of cereals or a salad. If I fuck on a full stomach I will probably fall asleep straight after - maybe not the most flattering way to end a meet.

I wouldn't eat anything at all maybe have a little snack for lunch salad or something, I like to feast after the fun as it makes me very hungary.
