Choosing to go bareback isn't illegal and people can decide if they wish to do so where as meeting people for sex is currently illegal and against site rules.

I'm confused by your question. Are you complaining about people meeting under current circumstances, or people that play bareback? The former is currently illegal, the other is a personal choice.
Or that people have recent photos of bareback sex, which could have been taken pre lockdown, with their partners, with their cohabitants. |
