I have been asked to do this scene a few times and that during the act I would not be allowed to talk to the woman. Each time I have asked for confirmation from the woman to be tied that she is happy for it to be done and me to do it. I was told it was a supposed to be a surprise and no independent confirmation could be obtained. So I refused on the basis of not having had clear positive consent from the person who will be tied (which is the standard in the bdsm community).
I am always puzzled how a third party knows that a blindfolded and tied person is consenting to sex with a stranger. The reply that they went through with it does not get around possible coercion because it's the tying partners fantasy, or the tied person thinks it is someone else, which makes it a criminal offence.
I am curious, how do people satisfy themselves in regard to those issues? |

Dont think our scenario is quite the same..the only person who would ever tie up and blinfold Kaz is ne and I would always be there. The single guys or couple that I would invite to join us would be from our preferred option of choice, although Kaz would not know who they were exactly.
Also comes down to a trust aspect in which Kaz has total trust in me that she will always be safe..and in addition we use a code or signal from Kaz and the situation would stop immediately |

My practical head accepts most of the situations between the wife are consensual.
I was being selfish and looking at it from the standpoint of the single male. How does he know it is a consensual situation?
To give an example, a year or two later the husband and wife split up acrimoniously . The wife says she was forced to do these things. The male is invited for an interview with the police and he is asked how did he know the wife consented.
What is the answer?
