Try to relax - but *don't* use alcohol to get there!! Remember whoever you're meeting is in the same situation as you (maybe not their first time, but even so) - it's only natural for it to feel a little awkward at first.
Be yourself, keep smiling and enjoy yourself. At the same time, don't feel you have to go in for anything you don't feel entirely comfortable with - sometimes if you're the singleton in a 3-some situation you can feel under pressure (albeit very subtle and possibly even unintentional) to 'go along with the majority'.

Have a nice chat to suss each other out, agree all the boundries and then take it slow and let things progress naturally, dont be afraid to stop anything at any point if your uncomfortable with anything.

thank you all so much, excellent advice, still feel like my tummy is a washing machine but thats another story lol
I agree with the not having too much to drink advice, Im not a big drinker anyway, two glasses of wine and I will be relaxed and chilled, that will do me nicely. I also agree with the good chat beforehand, weve all been doing that for the past few days but yes a good chat in the hotel bar along with a few laughs
