Genuine profiles

Following advice from experienced fabbers, when I first joined, I wrote a detailed (maybe abit stroppy) bio on my profile, chat alot on forums, added a good number of photos, got verifications from men I made friends with by cam chat and one in person meet. So why do some men still ask me to send live camera photo or video to prove I'm genuine. Especially when they hardly got anything on their profile.
I even get accused of having a massive attitude because I refuse to jump through their hoops.
Does others get this problem with others not believing they have a genuine profile?  |

We did at first but think our veris soon put that to rest.
Now if we get asked for face pics etc and we aren’t interested, we just say “No” and wave them Goodbye.

It could be because some profiles, of very attractive women, are fake but some very sad guys will verify them (without meeting or proof of any sort) in the hope of getting a meet, especially if they are already talking to said fake. |

If people don't believe we are real we just block. Not jumping thro hoops for anyone. We have both been on the scene long enough for people to know we are real. Quite funny when you bump into people in clubs who called us fake. Yeh we are real, yeh they fucked up. Block and move on. No 2nd chances. |

As a single lady, you are the one in control. You stick to your own rules and if others don't like it... then they'll be out of luck. You'll have no shortage of offers.

It's got sod all to do with if they believe you are genuine. They just want personalised wank fodder.
Making you feel guilty that they don't believe you are real is so you feel the need to 'prove it' by sending the wank fodder they ask for. |

I’d agree that you’re probably getting a bit of both of these.
You’ve got a very good profile and some may think it’s just a bit too good; some will want personal perv material for the same reason. |

You absolutely don’t owe anyone anything! However having seen a number of ‘catfish’ profiles who have been photo and cam verified, I’m not surprised some people do still ask!
A cam veri is fairly easy to get round, say for example you posted some photos initially, got a cam veri and then hid those pics and uploaded some that weren’t of you, it would still look like someone had verified this was the same person!
Not saying you’re in any way fake or that you should send anything haha, just an example of why people are still wary! |

I've been accused of being everything under the sun, but I have no tolerance for the paranoid types. I've had a (very well verified) profile on here before, also no pics, and having only one veri now actually makes no difference.
Attitude is a good filter, and there are plenty of people who believe I am who I say that I, for one, am not the one missing out.
And yes, believe it or not, there are men out there who chat and even meet, even though I have no pics up.
I've even met quite a few times over the years without any prior pics exchanged. (I don't expect people to meet with a random faceless stranger, and do share my pics when the time comes, if needed).

This. No one likes rejection, and the knee-jerk reaction of a lot of people is to dis the person that 5 minutes before they were urging to meet for sex.
What they forget is that firstly they will only appeal to a small number of people and so rejection is common, something they have to get used to accepting; secondly, having a hissy fit is really unattractive and makes their chances even worse. |

Oh course the good friends I made on fab and afew men i been attracted to has seen my face, chatted on the phone and webcammed with. They never accused me of being fake or demanded face photos. We just developed trust and rapport to get to that stage of sharing phone numbers and face photos |

Your profile is obviously genuine so anyone using that as an excuse is just chancing their arms
. I'll send a face pic if I have been chatting a while I don't cam because I don't like it. I've had people claim I'm a fake cos I won't but really that's their issue not mine. I wont jump through hoops for people and I don't expect anyone to do for me either.
Only do what you are comfortable with if someone is being pushy tell them jog on. |
