Bringing the conversation down, I know, but I’d be careful assuming it’s done on purpose if it’s women you don’t know. A woman can chose to wear whatever she wants, and leggings can be more see through than you anticipate, bra straps can slip, skirts can ride up. Just please look for other signs (like words, and body language) before you assume a woman is flirting with you. It’s an attitude that makes us feel unsafe, and can contribute to r*pe culture.
