I think the responsibility lies, as always in the consent of both parties. Many sex workers are independent, enjoy their work etc. But we can’t pretend that some of these places are legit. The reality of trafficked women being used in this way means that people should be very aware of who is actually consenting. |

Independent escorts no problem but a parlour could easily be using a mix of legal and illegal workers.
Trafficked women have been rescued from living in squalor and forced labour many times up and down the country. |

Everyone has the right to do what they want but not all of the employee's of all parlours are doing it because they want to.
Some are, some aren't but how would you know for sure that you hadn't just met with someone working out of force and not choice? |

Doesn’t bother me.
We all have needs and if those needs are fulfilled by going to a parlour or visiting an escort to get what you want & not be “judged” then absolutely go for it & don’t worry about what others say.

I don't think men who pay for services are desperate.
I think for many it makes a lot of sense. If they lack time for a relationship, if they don't want to waste time on dates, endless chat etc only to discover the sex isn't great for them.
Perhaps they just need something physical which they aren't getting at home but don't wish to embark on an affair.
Perhaps they actually find it thrilling on many levels.
Perhaps it's easier because the lack confidence or are insecure.
Maybe they are lonely and just want some company.
Plus so many more reasons.
Not all escorts are forced into it against their will. Some do it through choice.
