Either vaccine or antibody tests.
Best bet is antibody tests widespread this year and get a certification of it...but if its vaccine...no meets this year, probably half of next too |

The full lock-down is already easing , and will continue to do so.
IMHO - We as a country can not afford to stay locked down until Christmas or beyond, that in not just in terms of financial but health too. We will be social distancing for some time.
I hoping the government will look at the other countries relaxing the lock-down and how they have done this , then take into account how differently we live our lives to those countries into account and amend as required. |

We haven't had full lockdown, we had restrictions put in place. |
