Ideally if you can, get a dildo or smooth object to practice with. You'll want lube and as other say, to relax.
Depending on the object size, you will find until you relax with gental probing, you have a very tight barrier just inside as the object enters. I'd say play by yourself with a dildo first (see my video for guidance haha), it helps you learn what you like and can handle in the privacy of your own home with no pressure from another. Then when you do try, warm up first with a plug so you relax, you'll be much more ready that way. |

Sit on the biggest thing you can find, I used a 3litre bottle that was filled with water then put it in the freezer overnight so it was solid.
Use butter or vegetable oil as a lube and you're away.
The ice in the bottle helps with the burn you'll feel that first time.
