Drinking a lot of fresh unpasteurised pineapple juice (or eating a pineapple) a few days before before helps with the taste of cum. Pineapples contain the enzyme bromelain that breaks down proteins present in cum and the extra sugars present help as well. As a bonus if you drink a lot to keep your fluids up that helps with quantity too.
It has to be part of a healthy diet and avoiding processed foods, and not smoking apparently helps.

It's not necessarily the taste as when you swallow, you rarely get to know what it taste like... It the feeling of having it in my stomach. It's the same if I go bare back with a serious partner. Just feel weird for a day. Not sure if it's psychological or physical reaction.
