I’d agree that it may be something mental or emotional; you’ve finally found what you were looking for, could it be that you’re subconsciously either putting pressure on yourself to perform so that you don’t ‘miss your chance’ or making a link to your previous relationship in a negative way? |

I’ve had a few meets where this has happened. I think guys feel pressured to perform and there isn’t a natural build up to the act.
