Just out of curiosity... how have people who swing as couples, managed to get the other person on board with the idea? (If you met away from the swing world) I don't know how I'd approach the subject if I met someone relationship wise in the future. |

It’s a mixed bag when we’ve spoken with other couples about how they got involved,
Some have been similar to our story so been together for years, got a bit d*unk and maybe put on some porn and started from there.
Others have been comfortable just chatting about fantasies in normal conversation.
Some we know have got together on here and now have families.
There definitely isn’t any one way, there isn’t a key as such.

We'd both been in sexually unfulfilling relationships prior to getting together so were upfront and honest with each other about our sexual fantasies and desires. Being watched, voyeurism, multiple partners came up for both of us and also for me, a want to further explore my bi side. So logical next step was for us to try a swingers club to see if it was what we wanted. Obviously we loved it

Chat about fantasies, watch porn together and talk, talk talk. Be honest about what you want and take baby steps. Don't try and trick a partner into signing up for something they aren't into. Women know when they are being conned and believe me it will come back to haunt you. Listen to your ladies needs as much as your own wants or you will be single again. |

There shouldn't be any need for persuasion, if on of you feel coerced, it will create the wrong mindset.
We talked about fantasies and desires, and the swinging environment seemed to provide the opportunities to make these fantasies achievable. Communication and trust are the real key though, both of us needed to understand that we were doing this together and that if either of us were unhappy at any point... we would stop.

We started discussing fantasies with each other and both wanted to be watched etc, So decided to try the Kestrels Hydro as a soft introduction - Mrs drank a bottle of wine on the way! We met a lovely couple there watched some fun too, which aroused us both- realised that it's real people and continued from there, and started playing and have never looked back. Now we go go to clubs with intention of wanting to try things etc... We find it better attending a club as there are more options and good facilities such as swings, shackles and some have glory holes too. |

My wife was well up for it .Its great watching each other and we let each other play alone we know a couple of guys that we trust. It's so horny dropping her off and either waiting or going back later to pick her up. |

Over the years I've had four swinger partners. Two that were long term relationships (including Mrs H) and two short term FB's.
I always found honesty was the best way and always broached the subject early.
I didn't at any time "try to get any of them into it". I just told them what I had done in the past and let them mull it over.
With one the answer was that she had done it herself with her ex and would love to get back into it. Result LOL.
With Mrs H I told her about it early on and got the "I'd never do that" answer. Three years later, completely out of the blue, she asked me about swinger clubs then said she wanted to try one. Over 10 years on and she is probably more into it than me now.
The two FB's were from the swinger world anyway so don't really count.
Don't get me wrong, it doesn't work every time. I've had the "I'd never do that" answer quite a few times, and they stuck with it.
