The less confidence you have can make you focus on failure and worry if it’s gonna happen again which in turn will probably increase chances if it happening. Try relax and not focus on failure
Alcohol is a massive contributor as well if you are a regular drinker. I virtually gave up alcohol completely a couple of years ago the odd tipple here and there now. These days I have no problems at all getting and maintaining, if I do say so myself a very impressive erectionAnd I smoke too much and don’t exercise so giving up the copious amounts of booze is what worked for me

this is something to speak to you dr about it could be something else thats causing your problem medically or mentally ..these forums dont know you therefore really cant help you |
