Decisions ?
Are you very deliberative or indecisive ?
Are you decisive and instinctual ?
Do you ever make a decision and then worry if it was the right decision or not?
Do you ever make it then regret it?
What do you do to make sure you make the right decisions ?

I'm quite compulsive with all decision making. If I think it's right I just go for it without much thinking. I am guided by my gut instinct.
I don't often look backwards in life as there's no point. Regrets, I also try not to regret anything as that is a negative feeling, and I try my hardest to avoid negativity. The saying 'don't regret anything that made you smile at the time' is very apt.
Decisions have to be made, worrying about them really doesn't help. Whichever way I have decided things in life, be them right or wrong, life always has a funny way of working out in the end.
If something feels right, go for it. |

"It depends entirely on what the decision is about "
Yes, for really big decisions you might approach them a little differently or add in some things , but generally everyone has a natural style. Deliberative, decisive, instinctual, indecisive, there’s others. |

Oooo I like you
Do you think we will just ‘go for it’?
You are dead right about worrying. Sometimes decisions are huge and stakes very higher, for those decisions worrying is the worst possible thing to do. |

Our lucky day hey
Anyone else ? Any tips for really tough decisions ?
If it’s a biggie I wait until I can do a 10km run in the woods with my friend, I run slightly faster than him so I can do most the talking, but he’ll challenge my reasoning and hardly ever try and advise me what to do.

I am quite spontaneous when it comes to minor decisions....tattoo, clothes etc.
For the big decisions in life, I ask a few people who are professionals and people I trust like MrD and my sister. I am a divil for getting too many opinions and I do need to trust my gut more. Big decisions take some consideration but I definetly dont sit on the fence.
I am a black/white person. There is no gray!! Lol.

That sounds sensible. Too many opinions can be confusing, trick is asking the right person depending on the decision. I wouldn’t ask Mrs when making investment decisions , but would if it’s a relational issue with a colleague.
Do you say you should trust your gut more, because experience/the past has shown you it’s always or usually right first time ?
