Personality mainly in either sex.

Agree. Could be hot as hell but if personality aint there then there aint going to be any sexual chemistry either.

And what's wrong with a cleaner pffft. I'm cleaner for NHS and I work damn hard. Without cleaners you have no hospital. Doesn't matter what job anyone does. Doesn't make them any better or worse than anyone else in my book.
