I have many different types and they all feel different! I dont think they keep you harder longer but give you a bit more blood that results in a fatter cock  sometimes we use them and sometimes we dont. I just love the sensation of wearing one and kay likes the variety  |

If you do have to wear a cock ring, be careful and don't wear it for longer than about 30 minutes at one time, because it could cause swelling, or bleeding on the penis due to pressure on the blood vessels. |

The idea is that they prevent the blood from leaving the penis. They make you harder and more sensitive whilst delaying orgasm. The result is that it takes longer to cum but when you do it's much more intense.
As mentioned above though, be aware of the potential safety issues.
