ok so i've been thinking about trying naturism for quite a while now and i think it would now be a good idea to find out some advice and feedback and i was wondering if their is any naturist

on fab? of course i totally understand that naturism is not swinging but i was wondering if swingers do actually do this too ? please could you give me some feedback as i am very interested please feel free to drop me a message either via this forum post or by messaging me directly via my inbox

Yes, no doubt there are. I love being nude, I'm not going to claim to be a lifestyle or militant nudist, I don't make a point of being nude but enjoy being naked when its warm, either at home or elsewhere, such as nude beaches.

It's good that you recognise that naturism has nothing to do with swinging, though if you go to some of the nude forums, you'd be forgiven for thinking otherwise from the number of "What if I get an erection?" threads and the like.

Best thing I can suggest is find a local nude beach, take a good book, some suncream and a towel, and just go and sunbathe. Or if you live alone, don't get dressed after a shower. Just carry on as normal without clothes. I think people sometimes get too hung up on "what do naturists 'do'?" when really, you just be yourself, but without clothes.

Of course, there will be overlap between swingers and nudists, but the genuine ones know the difference - and what it is appropriate or not. But that's no different to saying, for example, there is overlap between nudists and people who like to bake cakes. Or swingers and people who like fast cars. Everyone has their thing, and so long as boundaries are respected, the two can co-exist.

I did go to eureka back in the day when it still had families. But even then there was just so much rubber necking going on amongst the adults that it never seemed that relaxed.

I just go out into the wilds, with my sandwiches, find somewhere hidden and make a day of it. Sometimes I take my fwb, but she's impatient and wont stay out. All free too.

Only once and it was a private invite party have we ever mixed the two together and that was out of the blue

We were at a genuine naturist site in Norfolk and we were sat outside our motorhome on a hot sunny Friday and a gentleman came over and started to chat and asked us if we would like to join him and some other couples at there lodge the following night. He said that and pointed that the party was for liberated people

Needless to say we didn't have to be asked twice. What a night

I am also a naturist and swinger. Love the sensation of not wearing clothes and the warmth of sunlight soothing my entire body. I especially enjoy practicing naturism outdoors as I love the natural beauty of the outdoors combined with the naked human form.

Neither group do it all the time, we have real world things to do outside of nudity and fuckery.

My point is, bear in mind when its right and when its wrong. The two work well together. So much so I am working on a clothing optional swingers camp site in Dartmoor

I started out going to a nudist beach three years ago and spend most of my weekends there in the summer. Luckily I have a secluded garden and loving this weather in the lockdown.

I also go to a naturist night at a spa twice a month nice to swim naked, sauna, steam room

We're both naturists and swingers but we keep them separate. We have been to places were they both co-exist. I love being a naturist with swinging being a pastime hobby.

Yes we're missing our summer Canary sun, even our naturist club is closed down, so having to confine ourselves to being naked in the apartment. I doubt that it will change anytime soon but we can but hope. Enjoy the sun and take care.

Nothing better than being bare in the great outdoors - you have to watch the UV, so sunscreen definitely recommended...particularly on the sensitive bits! Only issue is that lying in the sun naked can make you a tad horny LOL!!!!

Yeah, such things in the UK don't seem to do it quite like the continentals. There's usually summat controversial about naked swimming in hampstead heath, at some point, then its forgotten about.

Over the years I just adopted my own ways. A few days in the sun is enough for vanity and vitamins.

Naturists and swingers here. We love both but naturism is a fantastic way to enjoy those long hot summer days/evenings.

Totally agree with the comment above but hasten to add that if you go to a naturist beach/venue, do not pester. If peeps are interested they will let you know. Someone hanging around in the off chance that they will be invited is a big turn off and only promotes annoyance. Other than that, enjoy being clothes free.

We’ve enjoyed naturism for over thirty years in the UK and abroad, nothing like stripping off on a hot day. As for unwanted advances from mostly singe men it doesn’t happen if you stick to the beach. Great to have a chat sometimes with other couples and singles.But if you venture up into the dunes only looking for shelter out of the wind on a windy day, it, funny how the guy who’d been chatting on the beach and seemed very pleasant turns into a wanking idiot and won’t go away even then you have explained that you’re not going to play and that you’re on interested in him. We not prudes and don’t mind a discrete play but only with people we want to play with and not any wanker who chances by!

We're naturists and swingers, and chose both our house in Wales and villa in Spain to be secluded. (P.s. the estate agents in Spain didn't bat an eyelid when we told them exactly of our requirements, even told us where the local club was.).

Our place in Wales has the advantage that Morfa Dyffry, probably best naturist beach in the UK, is just down the road.

That's always the problem and stops us talking to single guys when were naturists which isn't all the guys faults but just the idiots. When we being naturists were not being swingers.

I am a naturist I find skiathos the best loads of nude beaches the best is little banana beach even went on a nude boat adventure from there around the island naked to different beaches nude of course

I have been a naturist since university and only really explored swinging properly in the past few years.

I have always enjoyed combining sex and being naked outdoors when the opportunity has presented itself of course, but never really considered having sex openly or watching others do so etc etc until I chanced upon Old Kestrels about 6 or 7 years ago.... then everything kind of fell into place!

I couldnt live without naturism though and will happily go to nudist places that dont allow playing as well as those that do.

There's a different vibe at proper nudist places which is much more laid back than somewhere like Eureka where everyone is on the look out for something naughty all the time.

I work from home, which gives me plenty of opportunity to go naked whenever the mood takes me.

In the UK I have been to Kestrels (old and new) Eureka, Brighton Beach, Studland Beach, Eastney Beach not to mention just finding secluded spots in the countryside nearby. On holiday I have been to Vera Playa, Arnoutchot in France, Campsite in Croatia nr Pula and loads of nudist beaches in Ibiza and Menorca.

As others have said many swingers are nudists and many nudists are swingers but there are also lots of people who are just one or the other.

Nudism isnt really about sex - its more spiritual and connecting with, well, nature obviously.

Getting nude and just experiencing the air all over and the freedom of moving around without clothes is a pleasure all of its own. Start off by trying it indoors (always sit on a towel) but it becomes a different experience altogether when you go outside.

Go to a proper nudist beach or resort and you wont see any sex going on, or at least you will have to go looking for it if there are sand dunes or something to hide in.

In places like France and Spain and other bits of Europe you get plenty of families, usually with small kids but unlike here in the UK it is not unusual to see all ages, but the majority of nudists I would say are mid 30's and upward.

The UK from my experience seems to attract mostly men to the beaches.

I think (understandably) many women are bothered by the idea (and reality) of non nudists just hoping to get a cheap thrill. You just dont get that on European beaches, which is why I would always prefer to go naked on holiday than down to the coast.

I prefer an environment where the ratio of sexes is more mixed.

Nudist clubs in the UK where it is done behind closed doors are usually more evenly balanced in the sexes, but still British naturists are overwhelmingly male.

There are some signs that this may be changing slowly thanks to a lot of hard work from the organisation British Naturism and clubs to promote nudism to women.

I would be just as happy meeting up with other naturists on here for a nude chat as much as anything else.
