So I’m going to assume you mean restrictive cock ring around the cock as opposed to Prince Albert piercing which is a different cock ring altogether..

So normally a restrictive cock ring will limit the flow of blood out of the cock so it takes a lot longer to relax after sex, it can extend the length of time the cock is erect and “useful” and also delay or change orgasm...

I’ve used them and they do make a difference. If you’re thinking of trying one, start with a silicone adjustable one before progressing to a metal one. Love honey have them for about a tenner.

The stretchy ones seem to work best, therwise yu need a metal one that fits perfectly.

They make you rock hard and last longer once your used to them, at first the extra hardness makes it that bit more sensitive so it could have to opposite effect, plus I've found I can shoot further with it on when eventually ready to cum, especially one with a ball loop too.
