You know... When this is all over it might be nice for the rest of us to thank our NHS staff by, for example, arranging group parties where the NHS key worker is given a cold glass of champagne, undressed, laid back on some pillows and then gently sucked to orgasm by half a dozen or so simultaneous tongues from us grateful ordinary people. What do you all think?

Reply privately (closed, thread got too big)

Delivery driver, but one thing I've realised is in some respect everyone is a key worker for someone else

Amazing who the UK really needs in times of need. Yes we all are very important as key workers but the fat cats still have all the money and we do our job as always to the best of our ability. Good work people I think we know who we are and proud of all of you x x

Mancetter?

"Loads of key workers.

None if them making a fortune.. just goes to show, the people we rely on most are some of the least appreciated.

Clapping for the NHS doesnt help, never allowing Tories back in power will. Never forget that fact

As much as I despise the tories and think they’ve made a balls up of all this and acted too late with lockdown, can’t imagine Corbyn and especially Diane Abbott faring any better I’m afraid "

STOP BLEATING!!!

How as anyone 'Acted Too Late' ffs who knew this was going to come so hard at us .....and how bad ???? We can ALL sit here saying it could have been handled better but I dont blame the Government or any in the UK .... Its the idiots who think everything is business as usual.......going out when they shouldnt and panic buying etc... and expect everything but give nothing.

No government has had to face this EVER....... not even in Wartime it was a totally different scenario..... Does any one want to take over ???? ....... No thought not ..... its not about childish party politics in this situation...... JUST ALL DO AS WE ARE TOLD FOR ONCE AND STOP......

THANK YOU KEY WORKERS GREATLY!!!!

NONE MORE THAN DRS AND NURSES COMING FACE TO FACE WITH DYING PEOPLE WITH THIS HORRID VIRUS DAY BY DAY......LIKE OUR TROOPS HAVE IN TIMES GONE BY ....YOU ARE OUR FRONT LINE IN BEATING THIS...... EVERYONE ELSE JUST LETS DO OUR JOBS IN SUPPORTING THEM.
