Yes it does and u can get a special tip for it, called a tingle tip, I haven't got one just keep a spare head just for the job

Are they better than a vibrator? I just cant see the logic in getting one, unless you cant get away with hiding the vibrator but the toothbrush is completely innocent. Is that a fair assumtion?
