Definitely don't have to consume from 3 days before. If I drink it the night before and during the day, Alice can tell the difference. It's definitely not just an old wife's tale.

Good morning
Is not an old wives tale, it actually does work.. I drink it very often and it does change the taste (both in men and women)..For me just drinking it like like a couple of hours before is enough (and I've always been told I taste amazing lol).. But a healthy diet also helps (eating loads of fruits and vegetables and not too much red meat, and no spicy food).. Another one that also makes cum taste very nice is the coconut protein shake (in this case I'm talking about guys)  .. One of my exes was a personal trainer and he always tasted of sweet coconut haha |

No alcohol and no smoking does make a massive difference on taste...I was with a smoker once and didn't appreciated his taste(no matter how big was the cock)... So no smoking is a big plus...
Also I'm originally from Cuba where temperature is very hot the whole year, our pineapple juice we drink it very chilled  |

I’m a huge curry lover (it’s in my genes lol go figure) that said I have tried to experiment and noticed when I eat certain fruits eg oranges /strawberries both the smell and consistency changes....becomes a lot more thicker and smells sweeter...
